Ben is the Executive Chef of The Kittle House in Chappaqua, NY, after spending almost 4 years as the Executive Chef of Restaurant Nora in Washington D.C. where he executed the exceptional organic, natural and sustainably driven cuisine that the restaurant is best known. Chef Ben’s resume includes many excellent NYC restaurants such as Le Cirque, Union Pacific, Picholine, 71 Clinton Fresh Food and Town.

Ben is the recipient of the 2010 DC Area Rising Star Chef award.
